Founded by Erica Holmes, a Certified Life, Leadership, and Executive Coach with over 20 years of experience in affordable housing, homeless services, board governance, finance management and nonprofit operations, Your Time Services equips you with practical tools, systems, and strategies to strengthen your leadership, improve organizational effectiveness, and achieve mission-driven results. Nonprofits and mission-driven organizations gain systems that streamline operations and strengthen teams.
After working in nonprofits from multiple perspectives, I recognized that many organizational challenges were connected to gaps in governance, operations, financial management, and leadership alignment.
